Displaying Allergens – Food Safety in the Catering Sector (Spain) – Solo en Inglés



Bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels and any establishment offering food products must have a system to inform their customers about possible allergens present in dishes or products (EU Regulation 1169/2011).  This course explains how pictograms can be used on menus to provide information to customers of the presence of any of 14 identified food or food preservative items known to cause allergic reactions.
