Carnet De Manipulador de Alimentos – Food Handler’s Card – High Risk (Spain)

High Risk Food Handler’s course, leading to certificate of the “Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos”,  the Food Handler’s ‘License to Operate’. The course goes deeper into the risks associated with specific handling of particular food groups than is covered in the Basic Food handler’s course and is intended for those that will work in the food  preparation areas of the establishment (including kitchen cleaning staff)
