GDPR – The Management of Personal Data Protection (Spain)

This course provides Management with an overview of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and the subsequent Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos y de Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD) (Protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights). The GDPR is designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe. Penalties for non-compliance can be severe.
